1.Order Processing Time

● It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

● Generally,orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of order confirmation/payment.Weekend orders will be shipped the next business day.

● Order Cut-off Time: 18:00(GMT+8).

● Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday (UTC+8) during standard business hours,except on holidays.In these instances,we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

2.Shipping Cost & Transit Time

● We only ship to the United Kingdom.All our products are shipped free of charge.

● The package will be sent via Royal Mail,Yodel,Hermes,DHL eCommerce,DHL Express,EMS,UPS Ground,USPS First Class Mail (FCM) or USPS Airmail. We will select the carrier with the shortest delivery time based on your shipping address.

Total Shipping Time : Processing Time + shipping Time(depending on your location)

3.Tracking

● You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

● Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

● If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

 

4.Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@uk-batteries.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

If the package is delayed for more than 7 working days,we will give the customer a full refund.

 

5.Change of Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. If you need to change your address, please send an email to us within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.

 

6.Order Cancellations

● We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item's delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

● Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

 

7.Item Not Received

● Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If you don't get item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm with the couriers and get back to you ASAP.

● If product gets lost during transportation, we will arrange replacement for you and bear the shipping cost by ourselves. Or a full refund if you don't need the item anymore.

 

8.About Tax

The customs duties involved are borne by uk-batteries.com. In addition to the product price, our customers do not need to pay any other fees.
